how much is lot rent?
Our lot rent is as low as $445 but can differ according to size or location.
Do you provide financing?
We do not provide financing but our team is well versed in the financing process and would be happy to assist you by providing the contact information to several different mortgage companies in the area.
Do you allow rentals or lease purchase options?
We do not offer or allow any types of rentals.
Are there neighborhood guidelines?
Yes. We maintain a code of neighborhood guidelines to help ensure the property is a quiet, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Feel free to call our office with any questions regarding these guidelines. Examples include skirting required on all homes, grass cut, maintain noise levels at appropriate hours, etc.
What are the guidelines for yard maintenance?
All homeowners are responsible for cutting their own grass or the management will provide landscaping services for a small fee.
what is included in the monthly lot rent? Are utilities individually charged per lot?
Lot rental includes access to all property facilities such as the pool and clubhouse, etc. Utilities and trash collection are not included in lot rent. Trash collection is $25/lot and all lots are individually metered for water, gas and power usage.
